ASB was established in 1997 as a purely Czech company. In the following years, the ASB team was strengthened by professionals experienced in foreign investment issues and created a new portfolio of products customised for foreign investors in CEE.
Thanks to the complexity of services for foreign investors, which is

significantly. In reaction to the demand of our clients, investing in

We provide foreign investors, in all our locations, with a variety of services starting from shelf companies (ready-made companies), registered seat and providing statutory and supervisory bodies, through nominee services related to essential company administration and management (trust management), to complex accounting services including liquidation, financial reporting, bookkeeping, fund administration, payroll and other professional services that enable our clients to focus on their core business.

Foreign investors do not have to make any office arrangements or spend time on recruitment (looking for their own accountant or payroll staff and local management), because it is our task to take care of all our clients’ needs in CEE and save their costs above all.
Currently we look after a number of foreign investment projects in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. Our staff and all levels of management are local and have the necessary experience to deal with foreign investors. Most key members of our local staff have international experience and worked for multinational corporations.
