The outsourcing of accounting and financial services in practice often means for clients the immediate reduction of payroll costs and personnel expenses, a reduction in the number of internal processes and the transfer of several risks to contractual partners, with no deterioration to but actually an improvement in the quality of accounting procedures. Another large benefit is quality reporting tailor-made to each individual client, which represents a very effective tool for managing a company.

Thanks to a commensurate level of integration in client processes we have sufficient information on a company’s activities and its operations which allows us to process accounts documents in a suitable manner and deliver relevant outputs for the decision-making of the client’s employees.

We offer the outsourcing of accounting and financial services in our own premises on our accounting software or on the company’s software, to which we have a remote connection. Naturally it is no problem to provide our services directly on the client’s premises.

As part of the regular provision of accounting services we undertake the following:

• Compilation of information and document flows between the client and us and integration into client processes
• The preparation and updating of internal bookkeeping directives
• An audit of the contents of primary documents (verification of formalities)
• The generation of secondary documents on the basis of information from the client or our own activities/calculations  
• Closing of documents and the holding of accounts ledgers (also in foreign languages)
• Multilevel bookkeeping audits
• The identification of programmes and proposals for the most effective and economic resolutions
• Preparation of the annual statement of accounts
• Archiving of accounting documents

For companies which prefer the processing of primary documents to be carried out on an internal level we are able to offer the long-term outsourcing of the post of head accountant, who supervises the closing of these documents, organises the work of the accounting department and controls the work of the accountants, and prepares final (monthly, quarterly, annual) operations.

As part of our accounting service we also offer the following services:

• The preparation of all tax returns and representation of the client before the financial authorities
