We offer our clients a payroll audit, which is basically an internal audit of the payroll accounting. During the audit we focus on spheres which are usually the subject of audits by external bodies (social security office, trade licensing office, the financial authority, labour office, labour inspectorate). We also concentrate on compliance with internal payroll regulations, collective agreements, and their accordance with generally valid labour law regulations. The aim of a payroll audit is to find discrepancies and specify remedial measures which will lead to the removal of insufficiencies and cut down on sanctions from external bodies (back payments, fines, penalties, etc.).
The depth of the audit and the spheres audited are up to the client. The result of the audit is a report intended exclusively for the internal requirements of the organisation (findings, evaluation and recommendations for remedial measures).
