Liquidation of a company up to its successful deletion from the Commercial Register is a specialist, demanding and relatively long process lasting at least 6 months because of all the statutory requirements,. The liquidation process provided by our company usually includes the following:

• Preparation of all the documents and forms for a decision on the company’s entry into liquidation  
• Provision of a company liquidator
• An entry of liquidation in the Commercial Register and an announcement of liquidation to all relevant state bodies and business partners of the company in accordance with statutory requirements  
• Acceptance of the accounts and other company documents, compilation of the opening balance of accounts and organisation of all accounting and tax aspects of the entire liquidation process  
• Legal and managerial services within the framework of the process of terminating all contractual relationships, monetising assets, recovering receivables, and settling the company’s obligations  
• Negotiations with all the relevant public administration bodies, such as the regional archive, social security office, health insurance company, financial authority and trade licensing office, etc.
• Shredding and archiving company documents
• Preparation of a final report on the course of liquidation and a proposal for payment of the remaining assets, including the process of its approval and payment to partners/shareholders  
• Submission of all tax returns, deregistration of the company and procuring consent to its deletion from the Commercial Register from the relevant financial authority
