Shelf Companies
The sale of readymade or shelf companies allows clients to enter a market within a matter of days and avoid the relatively long process of establishing a new company and recording it in the Commercial Register. The companies on offer have already been recorded in the Commercial Register, registered for tax purposes at the relevant financial authority, have full paid up registered capital, and meet all the legal requirements for doing business. The companies in question usually have a very short history in which no business activities were undertaken and no obligations assumed. The companies have properly and transparently held accounts and meet all other legal requirements.
As part of the sale of a company we are prepared to take care of all the necessary changes required by our clients (registered office, statutory and supervisory bodies, Articles of Association, corporate name, subject of business activities, etc.) prior to the actual transfer of business interest or shares. An entry of the relevant changes in the Commercial Register is taken for granted. We offer limited liability companies and joint-stock companies as standard.
